Privacy Policy
In short: This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising. It loads no fonts, scripts or other content from third parties. We only process the personal data you send us through a form, plus the technical data every web server needs to deliver a page.

3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, within the European Union or the European Economic Area.
When you open a page, the server automatically records technical data in log files: the IP address of your device, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, the HTTP status code, the referring page, and your browser and operating system as reported by your browser.
We need this data to deliver the website to you and to detect and defend against attacks. Our legitimate interest lies in operating a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Under our data processing agreement, STRATO stores log files about visitors of this website for a maximum of seven days. Details on how STRATO handles log data are available in STRATO's privacy policy.
4. Contact form and email
When you send us a request through the contact form, we process your name, the company name if you provide it, your email address, your message and the time you gave your consent. When you write to us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message.
We use this data only to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a project with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request) and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The form delivers your request by email to our mailbox, which is hosted by STRATO GmbH in Germany. STRATO keeps technical logs of the mail servers for a maximum of six months. We delete requests 12 months after our last contact with you. If a contract results from your request, statutory retention periods apply to the related correspondence.
5. Launch notification
When you ask to be notified about a plan, we process your email address, the plans you selected and the times of your consent and confirmation.
We use a double opt-in: we first send you an email with a confirmation link. Only after you confirm on the page that link opens do we add your address to the list. If you do not confirm within 48 hours, we delete the sign-up automatically.
When you confirm, we receive a short notice with your address and the selected plans in our mailbox. We send you one email when a plan you selected launches. We do not use your address for a newsletter or any other advertising. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the link in the confirmation email or by writing to info@osaios.net. We then delete your address immediately.
6. Protection against abuse
To protect the forms against automated abuse, we limit how many submissions can come from one connection in a short time. For this we store a keyed cryptographic hash of your IP address, never the address itself. The hash cannot be reversed without a secret key that exists only on our server, and it is deleted after 10 minutes. Our legitimate interest lies in keeping the forms usable and preventing spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Settings stored in your browser
If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. This setting never leaves your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. This website sets no cookies.
8. Recipients
Your data is processed by STRATO GmbH as our hosting and email provider under the agreement described in section 3. STRATO uses further processors approved in that agreement, for example for the email platform and spam filtering. We do not sell your personal data, do not share it for advertising and do not pass it to any other third party, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
9. Transfers outside the European Union
This website and our mailboxes are hosted in Germany. OSAIOS LLC is a company based in the United States. When we read and answer your request or send a launch notification, your data is accessed from the United States. For contact requests, this transfer is necessary to take the steps you requested (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). For the launch notification, it is based on your consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). Please note that the United States may not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- obtain access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16)
- have your data erased (Art. 17)
- restrict the processing of your data (Art. 18)
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21)
- withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work (Art. 77)

11. Residents of the United States
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may ask us at any time which personal information we hold about you and have it deleted.
12. Security
All connections to this website are encrypted with TLS. Form data is stored on servers in Germany in a directory that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the people at OSAIOS LLC who need it to answer your request.
13. Children
This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
14. Automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
15. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
